KIT opens new era in its history by establishing a second campus at Jeongeup, JeonBuk,
South Korea. The second campus will be located on the edge of beautiful NaeJang Mountain
National Park with a total area of 148,760 m². Starting construction of the first building
dedicated for Inhalation Toxicology in early 2006 to be available for inhalation studies
in 2007, KIT plans to complete the facility including the following for operation in 2009:

- Dormitory 2,314 m²
- Guard Office 331 m²
