We conduct assessment research on hazard and risk on environmental kinetics environmental organism and human body in accordance with environmental exposure to chemicals.
Especially, we try to minimize the chemical damages by conducting integrated environmental risk assessment based on behavior and toxicity research and environmental health bio health research based on environmental disease and living resources efficacy research. Also, we actively respond to international environmental regulation by building preemptive high-level environmental risk test method.
Environmental and Human Hazard/Risk Research
Gyeongnam Branch Institute conducts researches about environmental kinetics of chemical and effect on environmental organism when chemicals are induced to environment. Especially, we established foundation technology and facility to respond to international environmental regulation, and implement hazard test on physicochemical features, environmental chemical and ecotoxicity for agricultural pesticide and industrial chemicals. Also, we study the environmental exposure, movement, toxicity, risk and environmental health of new or existing risk factors and play the leading role to actualize the sustainable safe environment.
